Founder Directors:
ORONIM Technologies was co-founded by Mr. Vishwesh Oroskar and Mr. Hemant Nimkar.


Hemant Nimkar is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from University of Mumbai, Sardar Patel College of Engineering. He has also got an MBA from University of Mumbai, India. He worked with TATA- Special Steels Ltd and Advani Oerlikon before founding ORONIM. He has a solid experience of 18 years in the field of Galvanizing, Wiredrawing and welding consumable manufacturing. He has a broad experience in metal working related to wire drawing, such as nails, wire straightening & fencing products. He has been a Process engineer, Plant Manager for wire mills plants. He can foresee any implications of technical decisions on productivity and ultimately on the profits of the company. He is a widely recognized expert for setting up CO2 welding consumable production line.


Vishwesh Oroskar is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from University of Mumbai, Sardar Patel College of Engineering. He has also got an MBA with specialization in operations from University of Mumbai, India. He worked with Crompton Greaves and Goodlass Nerolac Paints and was involved with core engineering projects. He later shifted to Software Project Management and worked with ICICI Infotech, CMC and Financial Software and Systems before founding ORONIM. He brings to ORONIM a vast experience in general management skills, manufacturing and Project Management expertise.

Prof. Yashwant Kamat
Prof. Kamat is a widely recognized exponent of the Toyota© System of Management, Kaizen, Lean Systems for Manufacturing and of Six Sigma and Malcolm Baldridge models for Business Excellency. He has had a 35+ years illustrious career wherein he steered the Production Department of the VJTI, Mumbai to new heights of glory. He has the distinction of being Guide and Mentor to 50+ Grads and 200+ Under-Grads, as well as Examiner for several Ph. D. dissertations. His is a rare combination of a core Academician mindset naturally sensitive to entrepreneurship. He has conducted more than 200 workshops in the Industry on Business excellence, QA and the Japanese Methodologies of Lean manufacturing. He has authored/co-authored 20+ papers in International Journals. He is attributed with several improvements for productivity he has set up for the likes of Cummins India, Godrej & Boyce, Mahindra & Mahindra, Flitguard India, Vickers International. ORONIM stands to benefit tremendously with such an eminent accomplished authority being on its Board of Governors.


Shri. Prasad Rangnekar
Prasad Rangnekar is an Alumnus of IIT-Bombay, with 27+ years of Industrial and Academic reputation. He holds an excellent academic track record, has been a merit scholar and rank holder in Mumbai University, Government of India & IIT. Prasad is EVP & Global Head – Operations, as well as Executive Owner, R &D at CMC Ltd., a EU 200 Mn TATA Enterprise. He spearheaded ICICI InfoTech Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer for Europe, for several years. At ICICI, he had also been associated as the Center Head - Offshore Development, when he responsibly implemented and practiced Business Excellence through strong Quality focus & process-driven approach. He has been the Founder and Geschäftführer of Semantik Solutions GmBH, Germany, a strong technology focused start-up JV between ICICI InfoTech Ltd and Fraunhofer-Instituts für Software und Systemtechnik ISST (Dortmund and Berlin). Prasad is also a Visiting Faculty to several Engineering and Management Institutes and a conscious practitioner of Corporate Sustainability and Alternative non-conventional Energy Management. As a Governing Board member, he brings the vast International Business, Innovation and QA experience to drive ORONIM and exceed the Business Excellency expectations of its Stake holders.

Shri. Rajesh Jain
Rajesh Jain is an experienced graduate engineer with Master in Mechanical Engineering, Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada and a certified Project Management Professional, PMI, USA. He has over 20 years of combined experience in private, public and academic environment in the area of manufacturing, telecommunications, IM/IT, Material Science, Modelling and Simulation in various fields of application and teaching undergraduate engineering students. His current engagements are in public sector executing, managing large complex projects (multi $B).

He has core and proven expertise in areas of Systems Engineering, Requirements Management, Configuration and Change Management and Project Management of large complex projects including management of resources.
